Coverr.co

A second side project I launched with my colleagues at Veed.me, Coverr.co is a free resource for stock videos. No registration is required, and the videos are available for unlimited commercial and noncommercial use. Again we launched this project as way to create traction and leads for our main startup, and it garnered attention on Product Hunt with 2378 upvotes. I contributed to all the original brand identity development, copywriting, and marketing efforts. Nearly all the initial videos were produced internally or with the help of friends, though it quickly grew to include hundreds of UGC contributors. Today, the project has developed into its own revenue-generating product, including a valuable partnership with Shutterstock as well as expanding into new areas like royalty free music.
